At Rihla Jewels, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

Pre-order item: Ships in 7–10 business days. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

• Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Pre-orders may take longer, and estimated delivery times will be noted on the product page.
• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order (such as address updates or item changes), please contact us as soon as possible at rihlajewels@gmail.com. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to make adjustments.
