Return Policy
At Rihla Jewels, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of jewellery products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Rihlajewels@gmail.com. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, we kindly ask that you provide the following:
- A clear photograph of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
- Your order number
Once we receive and review the image and details, we will assess the situation. If the product is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a return or refund at our discretion.
Additional Notes
- Items must be unworn and in original condition if a return is authorized.
- We do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction, due to hygiene and safety standards.
- Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstance unless damaged upon arrival.
